Cirque du Soirée 2026

🌟 When and where is the event?

The 23rd Annual St. Teresa of Avila School Soirée – Cirque du Soirée will take place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Casino Fandango Grand Ballroom, 3800 S. Carson Street, Carson City, NV.

Doors open at 5:30 PM for general admission, with dinner, auctions, and entertainment to follow.
Sponsors receive early entry at 5:00 PM.

🎫 When do ticket sales open?

🎟️ Early Bird Tickets are available throughout December 2025 at a 10% discount.
🎟️ General Admission Tickets go on sale January 1, 2026, and will remain available until the event or until sold out.

🎫 How much are tickets?

Individual tickets are $100 per person, with a discounted rate during early bird sales in December. Sponsorship and underwriting opportunities are also available for those who wish to support at a higher level.

🛋️ Is seating limited?

Yes! Seating in the Grand Ballroom is limited, and the Soirée often sells fast. We encourage guests to purchase EARLY to secure their seats for this exciting evening.

👗 What should I wear?

The theme is Cirque du Soirée — think semi-formal to formal attire with a splash of circus-inspired fun! Guests are welcome to embrace the theme with colorful accents, vintage glam, or bold accessories, but traditional evening attire is also perfectly appropriate.

💃 Will there be dancing?

Yes! After dinner and the live auction, the dance floor will open for an evening of celebration. Get ready to show off your moves and dance the night away!

🎉 Will there be an auction?

Absolutely! Guests can enjoy both Silent and Live Auctions, featuring unique experiences, local treasures, getaways, and special items generously donated by our sponsors and community partners. The auction catalog will be available for preview soon — stay tuned for updates.

🕺️ Can I sit with friends?

Of course! Guests who wish to sit together may note seating preferences when purchasing tickets or contact SchoolSoiree@stts.org after registering. We’ll do our best to accommodate all requests

🟢 How can I participate if I can’t attend in person?

Even if you can’t attend, you can still register online to participate in the silent auction, make a donation, or sponsor the event. Visit stts.ejoinme.org/Soiree2026 for details.

🎓 Who does the event benefit?

All proceeds directly benefit St. Teresa of Avila Catholic School, supporting tuition assistance, classroom upgrades, and student programs that keep Catholic education affordable and accessible to families of all economic backgrounds.

⏰ Is there a deadline for donations or sponsorships?

To ensure inclusion in printed materials and event promotions, sponsorship and auction donations are requested by January 31, 2026.
